Tax Information for Individuals
CTLP’s low-income taxpayer clinic provides free tax legal assistance to qualifying Virginia taxpayers in tax disputes with the IRS or the Virginia Department of Taxation. CTLP also provides education on tax topics to low-income and English as a second language (ESL) taxpayers, and to their service providers. Below is information on specific tax topics of interest to lower income taxpayers.
