Due to the recent Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, CTLP will not be open for any client meetings or walk ins. To meet the needs of the taxpayers, we will be happy to provide assistance over the phone or by email. Please keep in mind that since we are teleworking, you may get a phone call from a blocked or private number when our staff returns your call.

National Taxpayer Advocate Releases Report to Congress

National Taxpayer Advocate Nina E. Olson has released her 2017 Annual Report to Congress. In the two-volume report, released in January, 2018, Olson addresses 20 of the most serious problems encountered by taxpayers, and includes recommendations for new federal tax laws or changes to current ones.
