CTLP Staff Attorney Nancy Porcari will be conducting a webinar on the tax implications of the Affordable Care Act on domestic violence survivors. The webinar will explain the unique challenges faced by domestic violence survivors when sharing tax responsibilities with abusive spouses, and will demystify the premium tax credits under the Affordable Care Act.
